I have spent more than half of my life working as a chef, what started as washing pots for pocket money has become my passion, making people's face light up with joy, every single day. I have found a way to bring that energy to every plate whether it's an intimate setting or a festival feeding thousands.

My specialty is recreating dishes vegans may not have eaten for years, alongside wholesome wholefood options, I bring passion to my creation of plant based dishes. Always only using sustainable ingredients from local suppliers and only the freshest produce available.
